Summary
Provide office management and clerical support to project managers and construction teams. This will be a part-time, 30 hr/week position with the potential to become full-time after 30-day evaluation. Must be available 8:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday – Friday. Office and yard are located at 13181 County Road 7570 Newburg, Mo.

Responsibilities
- Front office management, including answering phones, managing multiple email inboxes, scheduling appointments, processing mail, ordering supplies and ensuring the entire office is kept clean and organized.
- Clerical duties include scanning receipts, lien waivers, and invoices into the digital and paper filing system. Printing plans and specs and building field and office crew spec books.
- Bookkeeping duties include entering credit card and fuel receipts into project management software.

Experience Requirements
- Strong computer skills. Word, excel, and outlook experience required.
- Strong communication skills in a very busy environment.
- Reliable transportation. Position includes trips to post office, stores, bank, ect. Mileage reimbursement available.
- Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and ensure all tasks are completed
