Summary
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Client System Support Technician to join one of our distribution client's IT support team! In this position you'll leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 products and services to assist end users. You'll provide training, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and resolve level 1 incidents using the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, you'll manage the ticket queue, offer desktop support, set up video conference calls, and maintain documentation. This position is primarily remote but must be in the St. Louis and surrounding areas for minimal onsite assistance as needed.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience in an IT support role like Help Desk or Service Desk (1-2 years)
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other related Microsoft applications.
- Ticketing system experience
- Excellent communication and personality
- Remote support experience
- ServiceNow ticketing system
- Client facing support role experience
