Job Title: Upfitter Job Description

As an Upfitter, you will be responsible for enhancing and customizing vans by installing shelving units, logos, and backup cameras. This role requires a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail to ensure that each van is perfectly tailored to meet specific needs.

Responsibilities

+ Install shelving units, logos, and backup cameras in vans.

+ Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.

+ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in various upfitting tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with upfitting, working on engines, or vehicles is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
