Duties & Responsibilities

This role will provide medium to complex/non-routine support/ownership to an assigned group of clients with trustee relationships.

+ Interacts with all levels of customer relationships

+ Responsible for accurate/timely setup of issues on all systems, preparing accounts for compliance review and responding appropriately to compliance exceptions

+ Resolves complex administrative issues and provide support to senior level client staff

+ May provide support to clients outside assigned group.

+ Operate independently to service the client and resolve complex/unusual issues

+ Provides day to day support to existing institutional/corporate trust accounts including but not limited to: billing for administrative fees, recommending fee increases, facilitating transaction closing, handling cash and investment transactions, monitoring cash activities and compliance items, providing debt service calculations, executing payment generation and follow-up, approving payments, dissemination of financial information and administration of the trust as outlined in the governing documents.

+ Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the team in ongoing projects and efficiencies.

+ Provide guidance, mentorship and development to all levels of staff, particularly the assigned Associate Relationship Manager

+ Recommend and submit new business for approval from the new business committee made up of the senior leadership team in Corporate Trust

+ Price business based on account structure compared to existing business working with Business Development Officer as needed

+ Review legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate

+ Work with corporate legal, compliance and outside legal counsel to negotiate document provisions

+ Participate in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles and provide support, as needed

+ Other duties as assigned

+ Demonstrates strong client relationship management skills

+ Demonstrates successful networking skills and the ability to establish a network of strategic contacts

+ Demonstrates ability to provide positive client experience through a variety of methods including associate engagement, technology, workflows and processing

+ Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

+ Demonstrates the ability to drive change through business planning

+ Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

+ Demonstrates general knowledge of banking products and services

+ Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed

Requirements

_MINIMUM_ _:_

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience

_PREFERRED_ _:_

+ Master's Degree

+ CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist

Compensation Range:

$81,864 - $120,406
