Summary
The purpose of this job is to oversee inventory operations, including stock requisition and distribution, inventory control, and purchasing. Serves as an additional point of contact for outside vendors and department employees.

Responsibilities
- Supports internal crews with materials and tasks.
- Manages material stock to verify accuracy.
- Performs accurate physical inventory audits and spot checks.
- Operates motorized equipment to load and unload equipment and materials.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Performs light building maintenance, janitorial duties, and assists with snow and ice removal.
- Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Typing and/or data entry with minimal errors.
- Estimating time and materials needed to complete jobs.
- Communicating verbally to meet the needs of the audience.
- Applying active listening and asking questions for understanding.

Experience Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in storeroom operations, inventory control, or a related field.
Licenses or Certifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
