Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level? We're looking for a Senior Life Safety Systems (LSS) Designer to help shape advanced facilities where technology and safety go hand in hand. From semiconductor manufacturing to data centers and state-of-the-art research facilities, you'll play a critical role in delivering designs that protect people and assets.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the design and drafting of life safety and security systems for advanced facilities.

* Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create and coordinate 3D BIM models with architects and engineers.

* Assist in developing layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM leak detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security/Intrusion Detection Systems.

* Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, delivering accurate, constructible solutions.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in life safety systems design, ideally in complex industrial or high-tech environments.

* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

* Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across disciplines.

* High school graduate or equivalent

* At least 10 years of Drafting/design experience

* Systems design experience with Fire Alarm Systems, Voice Evacuation, Gas Detection, VESDA, Access Control, CCTV

* NICET Level II certification

* AutoCAD and/or Revit experience

* Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role

Ideally, you'll also have:

* 3-5 years of Revit design experience

* Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code

* Knowledge of Fire/Life Safety systems and manufacturer's equipment

* Industrial design experience

* NICET Level III certification (or the ability to obtain this certification within one year of hire)
