Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance to building interiors and plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning system.
- Assist with complex building repairs and renovations.
- Build and assemble cabinets, shelving, counter tops, bookcases, tables and baseboards; move and assemble furniture and partitions.
- Perform outdoor maintenance such as landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
- May install and service liquid chlorine and salt brine pumps at salt buildings.
