Additional Information About the Role
St. Louis Children's Hospital has an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support the Dental Clinic.
+ Responsibilities include:
+ Answering phones.
+ Checking in patients.
+ Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
+ Managing consultation calls and patient inquiries.
+ Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat, and professional demeanor.
4 days per week, between 8a-5:30p. Candidates with previous dental office experience preferred.

+ Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
+ Provides support to office assistants as assigned.
