The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Lead to lead a team of engineers in support of the design and integration of an advanced next generation platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas and apertures.

This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable systems into advanced platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the integration of low observable mission systems, ensuring compliance with design and performance requirements

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integration strategies for antennas and apertures

+ Utilize computational electromagnetic solvers to analyze and optimize low observable designs

+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

+ Oversee the design and integration of low observable platforms, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines

+ Stay current with advancements in low observable materials and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance system performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

+ Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems

+ Experience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms

+ Computational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design

+ Technical Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment

+ Antenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques

+ Low Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies

+ Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance

+ Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U.S. Only Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

+ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

$136,850 - $185,150
