About the Role
As a DSP at Impact Support Services, you’ll provide dynamic, person-centered direct care in a residential setting. This includes hands-on personal support, positive role modeling, and skill-building to promote independence and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and/or assist with personal care and hygiene routines
- Plan and implement community integration activities
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep, shopping, and housekeeping
- Maintain thorough documentation, daily logs, and follow each Individual Plan (IP)
- Provide a safe environment by adhering to emergency procedures

Experience Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication, written and organization skills.
- Ability to use computer programs such as Therap and Paycom
- Ability to teach/mentor others
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire)
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Successful completion of background checks and reference verification
- Ability to stand or sit for several hours, bend, stoop or perform other physical duties
