You Are:

Management Consulting Manager professionals will be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in the Industrials sector and will possess one or multiple of the following areas of expertise - Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Data/AI -- to play a pivotal role in addressing industry requirements. This experience will enable you to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for clients in the Industrial sector.

Management Consulting professionals should be able to:

+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.

+ Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.

+ Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans.

Travel as needed, up to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to: Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Data/AI.

+ Bachelor's degree.

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

+ Ability to lead large, transformational programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders

+ Strong client management skills, including with senior stakeholders

+ Ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment

+ Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving situations

+ Ability to resolve issues and manage risk proactively

+ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
