Summary

Carpet Cleaning Technician: Looking for a hardworking, dependable team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality floor care and deep cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. You will operate commercial extraction equipment, treat difficult stains, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Inspect and Assess: Evaluate carpet fabrics, condition, and heavy-wear or stained areas before starting work.
Pre-Treat and Clean: Apply professional pre-conditioners, spot removers, and sanitizing treatments using hot-water extraction or steam methods.
Move Furniture: Safely shift light furniture as needed to clean all targeted areas and return items to their original placement.
Equipment Care: Maintain, clean, and store all company tools, hoses, and extraction machines properly after every shift.
Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, address their concerns, and process invoices or field payments.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous floor care experience preferred, but entry-level training is available.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to the job site.
  • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift or move equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
