Stone Castle Hotel in Branson, MO is seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and well-stocked breakfast area.

Responsibilities

Breakfast Setup

· Prepare and set up the breakfast area including food and beverage stations.

· Monitor and replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout breakfast service.

· Ensure all food items are presented attractively and kept at appropriate temperature.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including dining tables, counters, and serving areas.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Perform regular cleaning duties, such as wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors.

Inventory and Stocking

· Track inventory of breakfast supplies and communicate needs to management.

· Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of breakfast items.

Collaboration and Communication

· Work closely with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to ensure smooth breakfast operations.

· Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.

Experience Requirements

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experiencing in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

· Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for long periods.

· Capability to life and carry up to 50 pounds.
