Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Toast.
Process cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations
Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and operating kitchen equipment safely
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring food safety standards are met
Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast POS for efficient transaction processing
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail transactions
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry
Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and operating kitchen or café equipment is highly desirable
Strong communication skills paired with a proactive attitude toward upselling and sales enhancement
