Job Summary
Our sales consultants help to match the right customer to the right vehicle. At our dealership, the emphasis is on customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to have a good time!

Excellent Benefits:
- $3000 monthly base salary is always guaranteed based on working a full schedule (our salespeople are NOT on a commission-based compensation plan). After achievement of any guaranteed amount additional per-car bonuses will be earned with no limits
- Opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses every quarter
- Five-Day Work Week most weeks. One week per month you will have a 4-day work week and be scheduled off Friday and Saturday.

Example Schedule:
Monday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday - 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday - 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday - 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure the referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Experience Requirements
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- Experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Self-motivated
- Organized
- Excellent customer care. Follow-up is crucial
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & MVR
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must complete the pre-screen survey
- Must attach a current resume
