We're hiring: Manufacturing Customer Support Representative - International

Kelly Services is partnering with a manufacturer in Chesterfield, MO, for a direct hire opportunity supporting international customers.

Location: On-site in Chesterfield, MO

Pay: $24-$28/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

What you'll do:

+ Support an assigned international customer territory, communicating primarily through email.

+ Prepare quotations and process purchase orders accurately.

+ Read blueprints and technical drawings to review dimensions, tolerances, and customer requirements.

+ Ask questions to clarify missing information and coordinate with engineering, production, and other departments.

+ Investigate order issues, resolve customer concerns, and communicate updates through completion.

What we're looking for:

+ At least two years of experience in manufacturing customer support, order processing, manufacturing support, or a related role.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Strong written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

+ Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills; ERP experience is preferred.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

+ International customer experience and bilingual skills are a plus.
