+ Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST | Full-time

How you'll make an impact in this role

+ Deliver high-quality, customer focused virtual patient support and handle routine service interactions

+ Route specialty prescriptions to appropriate fulfillment channels and manage related care coordination tasks

+ Support organizational goals by helping prevent prescription leakage and maintain care continuity by keeping orders within our pharmacy network

+ Other duties as assigned

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.

+ Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,if applicable.

Additional Preferences:

+ 2+ years of Specialty Pharmacy Technician Experience
