Salary- $209,502/year

FSH offers the opportunity for physicians to earn additional income through paid on call shifts. On call hours allows physicians to increase their earnings while providing essential care to our patients during after-hours.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

This is a licensed position that performs professional medical care of assigned patients and may specialize in one or a combination of medical fields including primary care, acute care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and/or forensics.

Physicians will provide medical care to long term psychiatric hospital patients including sick calls, annual physicals, chronic disease management, reviewing labs, studies, and outside specialist consultations. Our relatively long-term population allows practitioners to know their patients well.

Physicians collaborate with a team of mental health experts, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and treatment teams to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
