Position Title:

Maintenance Mechanic - Electrical

Pay Rate:

starting at $31/hr.

Sign-on Bonus:

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

$500 after 1 year and an additional bonus at 2 years

Retention Bonus:

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time

Monday-Friday

The Job You Will Perform:

+ Following all safety rules and practices

+ Performing preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components; and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels

+ Performing emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations

+ Accurately using measurement and test equipment

+ Performing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed

+ Maintain clean and organized work area, and cleaning up work area as part of completing assigned tasks

+ Accurately and completely preparing and maintaining maintenance records and other paperwork

+ Troubleshooting and solving problems

+ Maintaining teamwork with other associates; and

+ Performing other duties as assigned by supervision

The Skills You Will Bring:

+ Requires strong electrical and mechanical skills and aptitude

+ Strong troubleshooting skills

+ Written and verbal communications skills

+ Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Post High School training preferred

+ Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices

+ Well-rounded electrical, mechanical, and machine shop skills and experience

+ Ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team

+ Corrugated Industry Maintenance experience preferred; and

+ Must be willing to work OT including Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
