Work Area:
FTC-NORTH Reception Desk
The person in this position staffs the facility’s front desk and main telephone number – greeting, directing, and providing customer service to all visitors and callers
Key Skills:
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner, both in person and via phone
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
