Ready to put your painting expertise to work on massive, custom-built equipment used across the rail industry? We're looking for a skilled Industrial Painter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works safely, and enjoys seeing the finished product come to life.

If you have experience with industrial coatings, spray systems, and surface preparation, this is your opportunity to join a team where your skills make a real impact every day.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Prepare components and equipment for painting through sanding, blasting, and other prep methods

+ Apply industrial primers, paint, and corrosion-resistant coatings

+ Operate pressure pot spray systems and gravity-fed spray guns

+ Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

+ Perform touch-ups, inspections, and finishing work before shipment

+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 3-5+ years of industrial, production, or custom paint experience preferred

+ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

+ Experience operating industrial paint equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, bend, crouch, climb, and work around heavy equipment

+ Lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance

+ Wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and respiratory protection

+ Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
