Description

Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support a large-scale business transition and Workday implementation. You'll serve as the bridge between HR Centers of Excellence and the technical team, driving requirements, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication through a period of organizational change.

What You'll Do

+ Act as liaison between HR COEs and technical teams through system and process transitions

+ Gather requirements, document business impacts, and write business requirements documents and functional specs

+ Develop test strategies and test cases; support user acceptance testing

+ Partner with IT on configuration, integrations, and testing

+ Build project timelines, support implementation planning, and provide status updates

+ Manage competing priorities independently across multiple stakeholders

Requirements

+ Hands-on Workday experience (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits)

+ Experience supporting a restructure, entity transition, merger, or acquisition

+ Strong business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences

+ Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools preferred

+ JD Edwards and Kronos experience a plus
