Job Description
BJC/Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an Infusion Registered Nurse in their Hospital Outpatient Infusion Center. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with research studies, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. This clinic is COC and QOPI Certified.
We will provide assistance to become Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certified within 90 days of your employment and provide vouchers for renewal.
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will require 2-3 weekend shifts a year and 1 Holiday every 2 years.
_May be asked to float to other locations: Overland Park, North, Lees Summit_

We are seeking compassionate nurses who possess strong relationship building skills and enjoy going above and beyond for their patients while keeping the whole patient in mind.
Responsibilities:
+ Utilize the nursing process.
+ Coordinates care w/ Multidisciplinary Team.
+ Delegates tasks.
+ Formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
+ Administer chemotherapy and Immunotherapy
+ Patient education
