What will you be doing?

Successful candidates will have a background in full stack development and will be responsible for the translation of business needs into IT solutions with current programs, projects, and initiatives in mind. What is the IT Sales Solutions Team, and Why Join?

The IT Sales Solutions team exists to empower WWT's global sales organization and accelerate business outcomes. We support and optimize the technology ecosystem that enables the sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification to closed business-and deliver innovative, scalable tools that fuel the productivity and performance of our sales teams.

By joining the IT Sales Solutions team, you will be part of a group dedicated to supporting one of the most critical engines of WWT's growth. You'll collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver high‑impact solutions that improve sales effectiveness, streamline operations, and unlock new strategic capabilities. This team is fast‑moving, collaborative, and deeply invested in creating scalable, modern solutions that help our sellers win.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to solutions that directly impact WWT's revenue engine and long‑term growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems with guidance from senior developers and architects

+ Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications, leveraging LLMs, agents, and automation to enhance functionality and user experience

+ Stay current on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and patterns; contribute recommendations for adoption where they add measurable value

+ Participate in organizational web platform efforts such as quality assurance, upgrade survivability, and resiliency

+ Do your part in release and sprint planning, story creation, sprint testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, retrospectives and solution releases

+ Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, resolving problems to meet engineering guidelines

+ Provide follow on support for post-production release features including on-call rotation support (approximately 1 week per quarter)

+ Act as a member of a product team supporting teammates and collaborating with a proactive attitude to ensure product and team success

+ Perform other tasks as identified by your manager to enable team success

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Supply Chain

+ 3-5 years of experience with various technologies such as:

+ Development: JavaScript/Node.js/Vue.js, Groovy/Grails, Java/Springboot, and Software AG webMethods

+ Database Technologies: Mongo DB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL

+ Testing: Vitest, Jest, Ava, Junit, Playwright

+ Containers: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Tanzu/Cloud Foundry

+ CI/CD: Github, Codefresh, Jenkins

+ Exposure to AI development tools and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Claude)

+ Basic understanding of AI principles including LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering

+ Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into application workflows is a plus

+ Familiarity with AI SDKs and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI SDK, LangChain) is a plus

+ Familiarity or working experience with web development in utilizing an Agile methodology

+ Test-First mindset across all levels of application development including unit, functional, end-to-end and regression testing.

+ Critical thinker with the ability to break down technical requirements.

+ Strong communication skills - Communicate ideas clearly and concisely. Diagraming/Presentation tools such as Lucid or Power Point.

+ Result driven and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
