Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift | 4-Day Work Week

Are you organized, dependable, and looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We are seeking a Stock Keeper to support inventory management, material handling, and production operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role is critical to ensuring materials and parts are available when needed to keep production running efficiently.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation:

+ $18.00/hour base pay

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Compensation:

+ $18.00/hour base pay

+ $1.00/hour shift differential

+ $19.00/hour total pay

Key Responsibilities

+ Pull, stage, and deliver parts and materials to production areas

+ Pick, pack, and prepare materials for assembly and manufacturing operations

+ Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory

+ Verify inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies

+ Process material requests, returns, and replacement orders

+ Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records

+ Operate material handling equipment and inventory storage systems

+ Supply materials to production and shipping departments as needed

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Follow all company quality, inventory, and safety procedures

Qualifications

+ Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred

+ Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, and inventory documentation

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

+ Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred

+ Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

+ Exposure to inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing operations

+ Required use of appropriate PPE

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
