Customer Service Representative

Location: St. Joseph, MO 64504, USA

Pay rate: $22.12 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Job Description

+ Provide customers with accurate information regarding production, receipts, and material shipments.

+ Maintain accurate inventories and recognize and resolve inventory or reporting issues.

+ Represent the company positively by responding to customer inquiries professionally, promptly, and accurately.

+ Work effectively as part of a team and follow through on commitments.

+ Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail; role requires some supervision.

Qualifications and Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous administrative or customer-account experience.

+ Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and customer-service skills.

+ Ability to multitask, clarify problems, and follow instructions at an intermediate level.

+ Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Professional, courteous, positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

+ Computer skills for data entry and creating and editing data.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and similar tools.

+ Understanding of fundamental business concepts, practices, and procedures.
