How you'll make an impact in this role

+ Gain Operational Exposure: Undertake a full-time, salaried 12-month program featuring structured departmental rotations and customized, project-driven initiatives.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

+ Required Credential(s):

+ None Required.

Education

+ Bachelor's degree required. Enrolled or graduate of Master's degree program preferred.

Additional Preferences

+ Advanced Degree: Master's degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) completed or in progress from an accredited U.S. institution.

+ Academic Achievement: Demonstrated track record of academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA ("B" average) on a 4.0 scale.

+ Academic Status: Current student in their final year of graduate study or a recent graduate from an eligible Master's program.

+ Additional Documents: Please have a Personal Statement and two Letters of Recommendation (one professional, one academic) ready to submit upon request.
