How you'll make an impact in this role

+ Translate healthcare research, community insights, and business goals into clear experience briefs and audience journeys that spark impactful creative campaigns.

+ Partner with creative directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to design empathetic, patient-centered brand solutions across digital, print, and clinical touchpoints.

+ Steward the Ascension family of brands by maintaining design systems and templates that deliver consistent, high-trust experiences across every patient and partner interaction.

+ Integrate emerging AI tools and modern creative workflows into daily team operations to accelerate ideation, personalize content, and scale brand delivery efficiently.

+ Champion strategic creative concepts during executive reviews and team workshops, clearly connecting design choices to measurable audience engagement and community impact.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Work Experience:

+ 5 years of dedicated experience in brand strategy, experience strategy, or integrated creative planning within an agency, enterprise, or matrixed organization.

+ Demonstrated portfolio of strategy case studies showcasing end-to-end experience design, insight synthesis, creative briefing, and measurable audience or business outcomes.

+ Hands-on proficiency with core creative and collaboration platforms, specifically Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and generative AI creative workflow tools.
