Shift(s) Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Compensation: $19.30 - $22.65 /hr

Shift Differential: 2nd shift $0.20, 3rd $0.40

What You Will Do

+ Handle, lift, and process meat products by trimming, cutting, or removing fat, defects, or contamination using knives or other tools.

+ Support production by performing routine, repetitive tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

+ Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products to meet customer and quality specifications.

+ Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.

+ Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

+ Must be 18 years or older.

What Will Put You Ahead

+ Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.

+ Knife handling skills or experience working with cutting tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.

+ Work history in the last 12 months.
