Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to their team located in the St. Louis MO area. This person will serve as the hands-on BSA supporting the Quota Management Suite (QMS). They will partner directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, lead requirement-gathering sessions, and translate those requirements into clear technical stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. They will create process flows, analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and help define future-state solutions. Throughout the SDLC, they'll work closely with developers, Product Owners, and QA, answering questions, clarifying requirements, and helping QA develop test scenarios. They'll also maintain documentation, track requirements through delivery, and ensure the final solution aligns with the original business need.

Skills and Requirements

- 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders
- Experience creating process flows/workflow diagrams
- Experience writing user stories, technical stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Experience supporting large programs and system integrations
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience supporting applications with multiple system integrations
Experience supporting system enhancements or operational improvements
Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar requirements/process documentation tools
Familiarity with Kiro, Claude, and other similar AI tools to support business analysis work
