Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy.
- Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, consistent, face-to-face or virtual client contact.
- Maintain complete client files, ensure client records are up to date by inputting all necessary progress notes, data, and reports into the required database in a timely manner on a regular basis.

Experience Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science.
- Two years’ experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile to meet client direct service expectations in their homes and community, who is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
- Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life’s challenges.
