Envelope Machine Adjuster (Full-Time)
Location: St. Louis, MO
Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities (pay starts at $21.00 and is based on experience)
4-Day Workweek (Monday – Thursday)
- 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 1:00 AM

About the Role
The Machine Adjuster works on 527, 627, & Ra envelope folding machines. You’ll set up and operate a variety of envelope folding machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. In addition to adjusting and operating your own machine, you’ll also step in to assist other adjusters as needed to keep production moving efficiently.

- Set up and adjust folding machines to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain quality standards for folding, printing, and gumming.
- Troubleshoot, perform minor repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with operators and adjusters to ensure production goals are met.
- Keep machines clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Support team members and communicate effectively across shifts.
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance.
Experience Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical experience (machine adjusting or mechanics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read a ruler and use basic math.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work at heights up to 15 ft.
- Temperature in work location varies with the seasons
