Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Die Cutter to join our production team. As a Cutter, you will support production by operating multiple paper cutting machines to cut open mail according to client requirements. You will ensure accuracy, maintain machine flow, meet production goals, and keep the work environment clean and organized. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency directly support departmental productivity and client expectations.
Work Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- (4-day, 10-hour shifts – 40 hours per week)
- Overtime may be required on Fridays

Responsibilities
- Setup, maintain and operate die cut equipment
- Understanding specific job requirements for each order
- Maintain high quality standards and meet productivity requirements
- Meet or exceed established run speeds
- Record the total amount of production correctly on the skid, production reports and job tickets
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements
- High Mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Must have the ability to perform basic arithmetic – including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills required
- Experience with forklift a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school education or equivalent required
- Six months to one year of experience in a related environment is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must have ability to lift over 45 pounds on a consistent basis
- Must be able to stand all of the shift
- Temperature in work location varies with the seasons
