As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Marston, MO , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

How This Role Works:

+ Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

+ Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, common spaces, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and documenting relevant details.

+ Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
