As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Incident Documentation in Saint Louis, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic educational location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide courteous service to students, staff, and visitors. Mon06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Tue06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Wed06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Thur06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

Fri06:00 PM - 02:00 AM

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established campus protocols and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, academic areas, residence halls, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Observe and report suspicious activity, unsecured doors, damaged property, lighting concerns, and other security-related conditions to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control, visitor directions, and campus event support while maintaining professional communication with the public and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Have at least two years of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
