Position Purpose: Oversee department staff including hiring, performance management and career development to ensure alignment with defined goals.

+ Develop budgets and priorities, ensuring plans and resource allocations are consistent with those budgets and priorities.

+ Coordinate for the plans and activities of the organization with senior leaders inside and outside IT, as well as strategic suppliers.

+ Anticipate and analyze the needs of customers and recommend and develop priorities for feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation to develop new and modify the company's information processing systems and policies and procedures.

+ Maintain operational reliability, quality and compliance across enrollment, eligibility, billing and payment platforms.

+ Create a credible target state, migration roadmap and decommissioning discipline for a fragmented platform landscape.

+ Improve delivery predictability, engineering flow, quality, operational stability and continuous improvement.

+ Translate product, operations and business priorities into technology investments and measurable outcomes.

+ Apply emerging technology to engineering productivity, testing, incident resolution, knowledge management, operations or member experience.

+ Manage investment choices, capacity, strategic suppliers and contingent workforce resources as one operating system.

+ Apply process and business expertise to impact business results.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

+ Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience required.

10+ years of diverse IT experience required.

Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Pay Range: $171,900.00 - $326,900.00 per year
