Our client seeks a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to lead a complex, multi-year Workday migration for affiliates covering benefits, payroll, learning, recruiting, HR, and finance. The role will coordinate executive stakeholders, drive cross-company alignment, and manage delivery partner resources to achieve a 7/1/2027 go-live. The initiative supports a high-visibility healthcare transformation with long-term impact. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a matrixed environment and facilitating meetings, tracking deliverables, and initiating workstreams to meet schedule and scope.

Rate: $48.00 to $53.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity initiatives and potentially lead multiple projects concurrently.

+ Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.

+ Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.

+ Mentor and provide feedback to team members to build a highly functioning team in a matrixed environment.

+ Plan and facilitate meetings, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate across affiliate companies to implement Workday and ramp up for the 7/1/2027 go-live.

Experience Requirements:

+ 5+ years of related experience, or 7+ years without a degree.

+ Proven implementation leadership with Workday, specifically across Finance and HR modules.

+ Executive stakeholder management and cross-company coordination toward a single program objective.

+ HR domain experience.

+ Healthcare, health plan, or insurance industry experience preferred.

+ Prior experience with Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations is a plus.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of related experience.
