We are seeking a reliable OTCHS Picker colleague to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for safely operating powered equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles, and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and position merchandise throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wire-guided vehicles, and other powered equipment.

- Perform preliminary safety inspections on assigned equipment before use.

- Move, load, and position merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

- Verify products, quantities, labels, and orders for accuracy.

- Secure merchandise using tape, shrink wrap, or other stabilizing materials when needed.

- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects and report concerns promptly.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.

- Assist with cross-dock, consolidation, and other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Ability to obtain and maintain certification on warehouse powered equipment.

- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with a team lift.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Prior warehouse or powered-equipment experience preferred.

Education

- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $26.21

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
