+ Equip Generations associates to appropriately integrate governance and dynamics resources into comprehensive wealth planning, creating a scalable service model while preserving strategist capacity for the most complex and high-value client situations.
What Experience You Need:
+ 10+ years of directly relevant experience developing family governance capabilities and providing client-facing guidance in family governance, family dynamics, facilitation, succession, or related disciplines within a HNW or ultra HNW private wealth platform, private bank, family office, or specialized governance consulting firm.
