Store Manager

Overview

We're seeking a Store Manager to join our team to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, developing associates, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability

+ Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations

+ Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth

+ Deliver a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer

+ Safeguard company assets and inventory

+ Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships

+ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

+ Implement operational and merchandising direction communicated by corporate leadership

Skills and Experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Retail management experience preferred

+ Strong ability to drive results while building relationships with team members

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
