The Memory & Storage Operations Analyst is responsible for driving supplier qualification, sourcing strategy, and operational excellence across critical memory and storage technologies, including SSDs, HDDs, DRAM, and NAND products. This role serves as a key liaison between Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Strategic Sourcing teams to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and scalable supply base that supports business growth and product roadmap requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, supply chain expertise, and business acumen to manage supplier performance, monitor market and cost trends, mitigate supply risks, and implement process improvements. This individual will operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments, demonstrating sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

+ Drive qualification and onboarding of new suppliers for memory and storage technologies, including SSDs, HDDs, DRAM, NAND, and related infrastructure components.

+ Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Product Management teams to evaluate supplier capabilities, technical compliance, and long-term sourcing strategies.

+ Develop and maintain a robust, competitive, and resilient supply base to support current and future business requirements.

+ Monitor supplier performance, capacity, lead times, and risk factors to ensure continuity of supply.

+ Track and analyze memory and storage component pricing, market trends, technology transitions, and supply-demand dynamics.

+ Conduct cost reviews and present recommendations to Sourcing Management, Business Unit leaders, and Finance teams.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives through data-driven analysis and supplier engagement.

+ Identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership while maintaining quality and supply continuity.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $83,000 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
