PRN / Physical Therapist

+ Tier I - $47 (plus weekend differential) - 1 shift per month (one must be weekend shift) - 1 holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion)

+ Tier II - $52 (plus weekend differential) - 3 shifts per month (at least 2 must be weekend shifts) - One summer and one winter holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion).

_Established in 1986, SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake Saint Louis offers residents of western St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren Counties exceptional health care close to home. Our 216-bed hospital is a state-designated Level III Trauma Center, a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center and specializes in obstetric and pediatric care, as well as many other specialties._

_This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for Full Time Physical Therapy positions when they come available throughout the year._

Responsibilities

+ Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician direction.

+ Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients.

+ Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities.

+ Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self.

+ Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery.

Qualifications

+ Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

+ Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
