HireMO

If you're looking for a "stable day program" job, keep scrolling. Most "day programs" are built on passive energy-people sitting in rooms, killing time, and waiting for the shift to end. That's not what we do here.AtAvant, we are a disruption to the status quo.LIFE @ Avantis about social impact, networking, and building the confidence people need to run their own lives. We are looking for Mentors who act more like agents or business coaches than "staff."The Reality CheckWe are obsessive about our culture. We don't hire "warm bodies." We hirewinnerswho have a deep, bone-deep conviction that everyone-regardless of their support needs-deserves to chase their version of the American Dream. This role is for you if:You find "business as usual" boring and systemic barriers offensive. You're the person who speaks up when something isn't right. You see technology as a way to give people their privacy back, not just a cool gadget. You're an entrepreneur at heart. We want people who can help others launch micro-businesses and build actual careers. You're a high-performer who wants to be surrounded by other high-performers.This is NOT for you if:You have "passive energy." If you wait for a manager to tell you exactly what to do every hour, you will fail here. You think "good enough" is an acceptable standard for the people we support. You struggle with technology or change. We move fast and use tools to stay ahead. The WorkYou won't be sitting in a facility. You'll be out in the community, networking, and helping people develop skills that actually matter. You'll work closely with Work With Purpose to bridge the gap between "pre-vocational training" and actual self-sufficiency.The GauntletWe don't just check your references; we test your heart.Round 1 - Vibe Check:You'll do a video assessment via Willo so we can see your energy before we meet.Round 2 - The Profile:We use CliftonStrengths to see how you're wired. We only put people in positions where they can win. You will do a live interview with our hiring team to review the results. Round 3 - The Shadow:You'll join us for a job shadow. You'll see the high bar we set, and we'll see if you can clear it.The Launch:Our 1-60 day training is aggressive. It's designed to weave you into our culture so that by day 61, you live and breathe Avant values. The Bottom LineThe pay is competitive, the team is elite, and the mission is real. If you're tired of being the only one in your department who cares, come join a company where everyone does.Ready to prove you belong? Apply now.
