Entrepreneurial Operations Associate (Future Business Leader) Location: OFallon, MissouriCompany: Knights Intl / IRONWORKSPosition Type: Full-Time Build a Career, Not Just a Job We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded individual who wants to learn every aspect of running a successful business. This is not a traditional warehouse position, office position, or sales position. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in virtually every area of a growing company. The right candidate will work directly with ownership and learn operations, sales, purchasing, inventory management, accounting, customer service, logistics, and supplier relations. No prior experience is required. We are looking for attitude, work ethic, intelligence, initiative, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities You will assist with and eventually learn to perform many of the responsibilities normally handled by a business owner, including: Warehouse & Operations Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Receive and unload incoming pallets and shipments Organize inventory and warehouse locations Assist with cycle counts and inventory management Maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency Customer Service & Sales Support Answer customer inquiries by phone and email Support the sales team with customer follow-up Assist with order entry and customer account management Build relationships with sales team, distributors, contractors, and customers Help identify opportunities to increase sales Accounting & Administration Enter vendor invoices Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions Maintain accurate business records Support reporting and administrative tasks Purchasing & Supply Chain Work with international factories Coordinate production schedules Track shipments and logistics Manage inventory replenishment Assist with vendor and supplier communications Business Development Learn product management and pricing Participate in sales and marketing initiatives Assist ownership with special projects Develop a broad understanding of how a business operates and grows Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift and move warehouse products Basic computer skills Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Desire to learn and grow Preferred (Not Required) Warehouse experience Customer service experience Accounting or bookkeeping exposure Sales experience College coursework or degree What You'll Gain Exposure to every major function of a business Direct mentoring from company ownership Real-world entrepreneurial experience Career growth opportunities Hands-on business education that cannot be learned in a classroom alone Opportunity to become a key contributor in a growing company Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for someone who: Wants to learn how businesses really operate Enjoys variety and new challenges every day Is willing to start wherever needed and grow quickly Has the ambition to eventually lead people, departments, or even a company Believes no task is beneath themfrom unloading a pallet to helping close a sale If you're looking for a position where you can learn the complete business from the ground up and develop the skills of an entrepreneur, we'd like to hear from you.
