Summary
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Lead at the St. Gertrude Campus including a Church, School, Parish Center, Parish Office and Meeting spaces.
assignment
Responsibilities
- Assist with janitorial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal when needed.
- Ensure public areas such as restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and entrances are clean and in good repair.
- Assist the Maintenance Lead with light repair and maintenance projects.
- Grass cutting and Groundskeeping as needed. Experince with 0-Turn lawn mowers a plus.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or needed repairs

Experience Requirements
High School Deploma or GED. Maintence and Grass Cutting experiance a plus, but we will train.
