Scheduling & Logistics:

+ The role is hybrid for candidates living in one of the following locations or surrounding area. (St. Louis, MO, Mt. Vernon, IL or Centralia, IL.

+ Work hours may increase during month-end close and high volume tasks such as budget work.

Skills & Matching Criteria:

+ General ledger detail knowledge

+ Budgeting experience

+ Financial reporting experience

+ Proficiency in Excel, including basic functions such as SUMIFS, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs Experience mentoring and reviewing staff work

+ Ability to analyze information to reduce costs and enhance process improvements

+ Core financial leadership experience is highly preferred

+ This is an individual contributor role.

Pay Range:

$95,056.00 - $142,584.00

Manages financial analysis and reporting.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Performs major role in financial analytics and/or financial statement preparation. Reviews technical areas.

+ Reviews, analyzes and ensures the accuracy of the financial and statistical reports for presentation to management.

+ Conducts special financial studies and projections and develops recommendations for financial decision making.

+ Designs, develops and modifies financial models through use of appropriate databases; manages special projects as assigned, including research, forecasting and exploring viable alternatives.

+ Presents proactive ideas about creating operational efficiencies.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

+ Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

+ Seven years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

+ Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

+ Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

+ Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

+ Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

+ Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

+ Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

+ Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

+ Rare climbing.
