Summary
The Maintenance Associate is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Lead at the St. Gertrude Campus including a Church, School, Parish Center, Parish Office and Meeting spaces. This position in the summer becomes primarly goroundskeeping. In the fall, winter and spring, the position is primarly custoidal with light maintence projescts in the school
assignment
Responsibilities
- Grass cutting and Groundskeeping as needed. Experience with 0-Turn lawn mowers a plus.
- Light snow remove on occasion.
- Assist with janitorial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal when needed.
- Ensure public areas such as restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and entrances are clean and in good repair.
- Assist the Maintenance Lead with light repair and maintenance projects.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or needed repairs

Experience Requirements
High school deploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 punds.
