Summary

Salary, based on experience and other qualifications:  $33.00 per hour with additional bonus potential

As a Maintenance Technician, you're the go-to problem solver behind the scenes. Whether you're stocking parts, turning wrenches, tracking down a mysterious machine issue, welding a custom fix, or leading preventative maintenance efforts, your work keeps pasta moving down the line and production on track. When equipment needs attention, you're the one who helps get things back up to speed.

This role is about more than fixing machines. It's about thinking on your feet, tackling challenges, and working with a team that depends on your expertise. Every repair, adjustment, and improvement helps reduce downtime, boost efficiency, and maintain the high standards our customers expect. From learning the basics to taking on complex projects, you'll play a key role in keeping our plant running safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Simply put when the line is running and the pasta is flowing, it's because of the hard work, skill, and dedication of our maintenance team.
