We are currently seeking a Sales Representative based out of our Hannibal office. This salaried position will cover Western Missouri and Eastern Illinois, with a Monday through Friday schedule. Responsibilities

Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers and industry contacts.
Handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, offer well thought out solutions to challenges.
Selling construction aggregate products and ensuring satisfaction after the sale.
Work with plant superintendents and customer service associates to assist with overseeing customer service matters at the plants.
Provide sales projections - discuss sales forecasts, upcoming and current jobs, and inventories with superintendents.
Utilize computer software such as JWS / APEX Jobfile and ticketing software, as well as Microsoft Office products.

Experience Requirements

5+ years of outside sales experience.
Knowledge of construction aggregates a plus.
Ability to build and develop effective relationships.
Strong problem resolution skills.
Commitment to a high level of integrity.
Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, and can work well in a team environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record (and maintain throughout employment).
