Our Thermal and Specialized Solutions organization is poised to revolutionize the data center industry with innovative cooling solutions. We specialize in Liquid Cooling Technologies that enhance performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of data centers all while supporting the enablement of next generation computing applications.

For this role, reporting to the Business Development Director, we are seeking a New Business Development Professional who will lead our commercial efforts in Americas region, in particular, the United States market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, along with a proven track record of successfully driving growth in emerging tech sectors in the Liquid Cooling Data Center market.

This position is remote in the USA with preference to being located in the West Coast or Texas areas.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following :

+ Lead customerand partnerengagement withhyperscalers, OEMs, integrators, and operators, building strong relationships andidentifyinghigh-value opportunities

+ Identifyand pursue new business opportunities in liquid cooling, focusing on strategic accounts and growth segments

+ Develop and execute regional strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and technology adoption

+ Own the commercial pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuringtimelyconversion to revenue

+ Partner closely with the Technical Marketing Specialist to align customer needs with validated technical solutions

+ Articulate technical value into clear commercial messaging, highlighting ROI, sustainability, and performance benefits

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, product, marketing, operations) to support pilots and scale-up programs

+ Build and manage strategic partnerships with server OEMs, chip ecosystem players, and cooling system providers to accelerate solution adoption

+ Track market trends, competition, and customerneedsto inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

+ Represent the company in customer and industry engagements, driving visibility and thought leadership

The following is _required_ for this role:

+ Min of 7-10 years of experience in a new business development or strategic commercial role

+ Min of3-5 years of experience in the tech and data center industry

+ Possessa strong network and positive reputation in the data center industry

+ Detail a proventrack recordin growing top line revenue with new products

+ Experience with collaborating in a cross functional team

+ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

+ Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen

+ Ability to travel across the region and outside the region, 30% to 50% of the time.

The following is _preferred_ for this role :

+ BS or master's degree in business/marketing/engineering/science

+ Strong understanding ofdata centers cooling technologies

+ Experience in a highly regulated market
